The whole reason for this trip, from the college, was so the students would have a chance to get their booster while they are here. If they wanted to! So that is exactly what I did, I got my booster. Getting the booster here is different from the states. They, the NHS, gave us a new vaccine card to show that we got the booster. After the booster shot, we were allowed to do anything we wanted until it was time to get back on the bus to back to the manor.
After my booster shot, I went to the Peterborough Cathedral which is a Catholic church still used today to hold worship services. The Peterborough Cathedral is beautiful, but I could not see much since it was under construction, so some parts of the building were shut off to the public. Then I went to St. John church across from the Cathedral. Finally, I ate at Argo Lounge and relaxed until it was time to get back on the bus and head back to the manor.
